Prakhar has about five years of hands-on experience working on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business transfers, general corporate advisory and commercial contracts.
He has been advising an array of international and domestic clients across various sectors including large domestic companies, multi-national corporations, start-ups, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital funds, and high net-worth individuals. He regularly advises clients in the areas of corporate and commercial laws, exchange control laws, foreign investment, and other related laws.
Prior to joining JSA, Prakhar worked with LegaLogic Consulting, Pune as a Senior Legal Advisor.
