Aditya is actively involved in the disputes practice with primary focus on the Electricity Regulatory litigation. His practice focuses on on drafting of Petitions, Appeals, Applications, Notices, Rejoinders, Statement of Claims, etc. & legal opinions concerning regulatory issues pertaining to Force Majeure, Change in Law, Renewable Energy Certificates and its Trading, Generation, Distribution and Transmission of Electricity, disputes arising out of Agreements, Tariff Petitions, Truing-up Petitions, etc.
Aditya has successfully represented the Clients in several precedent-setting commercial and regulatory matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Electricity Commissions (Central and States), sector-specific Statutory Authorities etc.
Before joining JSA, Aditya was for almost three years with MSA Partners, specializing in Regulatory proceedings (Energy). He has also briefly worked in matters pertaining to Criminal law, Civil law & Family laws and has successfully represented clients before District Courts of Delhi and mediation centres.
