Post Qualification Experience: 5 to 7 years
Preferred Sectors/Domains: Diverse sectoral experience preferred.
Other specific requirements: Good drafting skills; attention to detail; good time management skills; passionate about being a good corporate law practitioner. Sound exposure to corporate transactions and advisory; knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 and exchange control laws in India. Experience in guiding/supervising Associates and knowledge of basic securities laws would be a bonus.
