Prateek Mohapatra is a corporate lawyer licensed to practice in India. He is a Partner at JSA’s Bengaluru office, but works nationally. He specializes in business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, buyouts, joint ventures, co-investments, and both early and late-stage venture capital and growth equity investments across a wide range of sectors, and across cross-border and domestic markets. With a deep understanding of complex transactional matters, Prateek also serves as outside general counsel to businesses and boards, providing strategic legal advice across industries.
