Radhika specializes in telecommunications, Information Technology and satellite communications sector. She has extensive experience advising on regulatory issues, licensing arrangements, restructuring, information technology laws, regulations governing telecom spectrum allocation, compliances applicable to manufacturing and deployment of telecom equipment and the regulatory aspects of satellite communications in India.

In the corporate commercial side, she assists with due diligences, foreign direct investment approvals, telecom mergers arising from telecom merger guidelines and other contractual aspects like data privacy.

Before joining JSA, she was practicing in the various courts and tribunals in Delhi and acting on behalf of real estate companies, government & civic authorities and telecom operators in regulatory disputes, civil disputes and PILs.

Some of the key recent assignments in the areas handled by Radhika include issues arising from the government policy on satellite communications and advising companies such as Google, Meta and SpaceX with complex telecom issues. She advised Viasat and Inmarsat on the issues relating to the provision of satellite communication services in India and a telecom equipment manufacturer on restructuring of the business in line with the regulatory framework. She also advised on the amended telemarketing regulations and their applicability to a large MNC with global presence along with luxury automobile manufacturers on the laws applicable to Machine-to-Machine communications.
