Gaurav’s practice covers mergers & acquisitions, private equity, corporate structuring and restructuring, and general corporate commercial matters (including data privacy and white-collar crime investigations).
He is a transactional lawyer with over 12 (twelve) years of experience – representing multinational companies in cross-border transactions, foreign direct investments, and outbound investments.
He also advises clients on setting up and day-to-day business operations in India.
