Yash works in the General Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice at JSA. He assists on advising with respect to the due diligence and the risks involved in various mergers and acquisition transactions pertaining to issues on corporate, employment, construction matters etc. Further, he has assisted in reviewing title reports, sale deeds and other documents with respect to title diligences for transactions.
He has been practicing law since 2020.
