Varsha’s practice in JSA focuses on M&A, banking & finance, and general corporate. Her clientele includes prominent names in industries such as BFSI, pharma and healthcare, auto and auto-parts manufacturing, and technology companies. Varsha also regularly advises HNI clients on their estate and succession planning affairs.
Previously, Varsha was an Associate Vice President in Northern Arc Capital where she advised on transactions in financing, syndication and structuring, and fund management. Varsha has also worked at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices where she advised issuers and merchant banks on equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs, qualified institutions placements, preferential allotments, and rights issuances.
