Varsha’s practice in JSA focuses on M&A, banking & finance, and general corporate.
Previously, Varsha was an Associate Vice President in Northern Arc Capital where she advised on transactions in financing, syndication and structuring, and fund management. Varsha has also worked at Luthra & Luthra Law Offices where she advised issuers and merchant banks on equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs, qualified institutions placements, preferential allotments, and rights issuances.
