• Representing Bharat Petro Resources Limited in a challenge to an arbitration award in an international arbitration against Petro Rio, Brazil in relation to development of a Concession Agreement in Brazil.
• Representing Apple Inc. in a constitutional challenge before the Delhi High Court in relation to various penalty provisions under the Competition Act.
• Representing Adobe Inc. in proceedings relating to personality rights before the Bombay High Court.
• Representing various multinational companies in relation to product liability litigation before various consumer forum.
• Representing Deutsche Bank and Standard Chartered Bank in various proceedings before the Enforcement Directorate and Reserve Bank of India.
• Representing Bharat Petro Resources Limited in an arbitration against JSW Group in relation to a Joint Operating Agreement and Production Sharing Contract.
• Representing Trafigura India in an arbitration against Saloni Projects in relation to an enforcement of a pledge.
• Representing Kirtanlal Group in matters against Mashreq Bank, UAE and Hengyang Valin Steel Tube Co, China in trade dispute before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court in relation to a supply of steel product;
• Representing Maersk Trade Finance Services in proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT & Hon’ble Supreme Court of India on recovery of dues against various trading companies;
• Representing Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) in insolvency proceedings relation to Videocon Industries Limited;
• Multiple arbitration proceedings for the Sulzer Group, Switzerland for recovery of dues.
