Twisha is a member of the firm’s general corporate and M&A practice.
She has experience in corporate commercial, advisory and finance related transactions including private equity and capital markets, across industry sectors. She has advised domestic clients on M&A transactions, matters relating to healthcare and pharma, information technology, corporate mismanagement, and corporate fraud.
She has been practising law since 2018. Before joining JSA, she was assisting a senior advocate in the Patna High Court, in areas of constitutional and civil law. She has also worked in the real estate sector prior to joining JSA.
