Srinivasan practices in the Madras High Court and lower Courts; and Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal and Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal. Srinivasan also handles matters before the Supreme Court of India and regulatory authorities such as Enforcement Directorate, Registration Department, etc. With his extensive experience in handling various disputes, Srinivasan provides advisory services relating to disputes which, amongst others, includes strategizing on availing of remedies, claim administration, dispute settlement, construction of a case and analyses of evidence.
Srinivasan has vast experience in property laws; and provides end to end services including diligence, structuring of investments & transactions, documentations, regulatory practice and representating clients before various forums. His services in the sector also includes critical aspects such as relating to acquisition laws, ceiling laws, levy of duties/fees, building diligence, compliance and approvals audit.
Srinivasan’s expertise also includes corporate and general commercial laws; and regulatory practice including mergers, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, investment/acquisition transactions, insolvency & bankruptcy and shareholder disputes. He is adept in drafting commercial contracts and advises clients in their operational legal requirements.
