Shruthi is a part of the firm’s Corporate Practice and deals with assignments mainly in the technology, media and telecommunication (TMT) sectors. She advises clients on diverse aspects such as compliances with data protection, data retention, data breach and various telecom regulations. Shruthi also advises clients on employment laws and various compliances thereunder in India.
In the real estate sector, she is actively involved in reviewing and facilitating registrations of documentation including leases of offices and commercial spaces in India. She is also involved in conducting diligences and preparing title reports for properties.
Shruthi has assisted companies in their incorporation and guided them with post-incorporation compliances. She has also advised entities in setting up business in India and has also advised clients on appointment and removal of directors and designated partners.
As a part of her pro bono work, Shruthi routinely assists section 8 companies with drafting and reviewing their various policies, agreements and provides legal advisory assistance.
