Savio has advised domestic and international clients on general corporate matters, private equity transactions and mergers & acquisitions. He has extensively advised clients on commercial contracts and has provided corporate and regulatory advisory services to clients in various sectors. He has also advised both investors and target companies across different growth cycles (from seed funding stage to strategic acquisitions).
He has been practicing law since 2017. Prior to joining JSA, he has worked with Algo Legal, Pioneer Legal (a boutique law firm based out of Mumbai) and with the in-house legal team at HP India Sales Private Limited.
