Saurabh has been actively involved in diverse areas of General Corporate Commercial including domestic and cross-border transactions and the setting up of joint ventures. His scope of work in these transactions included conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing offer documents, participating in drafting sessions, negotiating transaction agreements and other offering related documents. He has also advised clients on issues arising from legal due diligence, preparation of transaction documents, drafting and vetting contracts, entry into India.
Saurabh also regularly advises and assist in the negotiation and documentation of all type of commercial contracts including licensing agreements, distributor agreements, support maintenance contracts, services agreements, terms of use, privacy policy, request for proposal, leave and license agreements, staffing agreements, franchise agreements. He regularly advises on areas relating to regulatory compliances under various applicable corporate laws.
He handles employment law matters, including drafting of various contracts with employees, employee handbooks, codes of conduct and other policies and advised clients on the matters such as termination of an employee, layoff, retrenchment, matters related to prevention of sexual harassment, maternity laws related issues, transfer of employee in case of business transfer and other matters related to labor laws applicable to companies in India.
Saurabh has been practicing corporate law since 2016.
