Sandhya is a part of the firm’s corporate practice, and focuses on employment and labour, real estate and general corporate matters. She routinely assists clients with drafting, negotiation and review of commercial transaction related documentation in manufacturing and services, hospitality and technology sectors.
Sandhya also advises clients on diverse aspects of employment laws in India, including compliances, benefits, internal policies and termination, and facilitates drafting and review of employment related paperwork including joining, termination and waiver letters, employment agreements, and POSH and equal opportunity policies. In the real estate sector, she is actively involved in assisting with structuring and review of documentation in several transactions, including leasing and licensing of built-to-suit warehouses, offices and commercial spaces spread across India.
As a part of the firm’s start-up initiative, Sandhya routinely engages with the start-up community and facilities them with preliminary documentation and legal advisory assistance.
