Sanat is an Associate at the New Delhi office of JSA. He graduated from law school in 2022 and his primary experience area is capital markets transactions and securities law.
Sanat is gaining experience in advising clients on Indian corporate laws, securities law, foreign exchange control laws, and complex capital markets transactions (including public offerings, qualified institutions placements, rights issues, foreign currency bonds issuances, offerings by InvITs).
