Sahil Arora

Sahil has an experience in commercial litigation. He has participated and played a significant role in litigations before the High Courts, Supreme Court and other Tribunals.

He has keen interest in diverse legal, regulatory and policy issues in Energy efficiency space as well as E-vehicle allied aspects of charging.

He is keen in advising clients and is interested in conducting arbitration proceedings in disputes related to construction contracts, share purchase agreements, escrow agreements, loan agreements, employment contracts etc. He is also willing to represent clients in arbitration-related court proceedings. He also has experience in handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

Represented Kotak Mahindra Bank in a IBC Dispute pending before the Hon’ble NCLT pertaining to sharing of Liquidation Costs pertaining to the Liquidation of a CD.

Represented a Financial Creditor against defaulter CD before the NCLT and NCLAT, New Delhi involving various issues under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

Represented multi-national corporations in proceedings related to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before various Arbitral Tribunals, High Courts and Supreme Court.

Represented and advised various individuals and corporate entities in matters pertaining to commercial and contractual disputes before various High Courts.

Represented and advised creditors and statutory authorities in matters pertaining to insolvency before various benches of the National Company Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
