Ridhima’s key focus areas are commercial litigation and arbitration. She advises and represents clients before various forums including the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, consumer forums and District Courts.
She advises clients in intellectual property rights matters, insolvency proceedings, shareholder disputes, indemnity claims, domestic as well as international commercial arbitrations. She also advises clients on regulatory compliances including environmental compliances, labelling and branding compliances.
Ridhima has been practicing since 2021. Before joining JSA in 2022, she worked with Wadia Ghandy & Co., Delhi in their general disputes team. Prior to that, she briefly worked as a research assistant with Datuk Professor Sundra Rajoo (Director, Asian International Arbitration Centre) during his tenure as the President of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AIADR) and assisted him in key note addresses and article publications.
