Rahul’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, private equity investments, venture capital and early-stage enterprise investments, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring as well as formulation of exit strategies, commercial contracts and general corporate law.
His clients include large domestic companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capital funds, start-ups and early stage emerging companies.
He works closely with his clients, who value his proactiveness, experience, problem-solving abilities, and his ability to understand the complexities involved in a transaction.
Before joining JSA, Rahul was at Desai & Diwanji’s Mumbai office.
