Prerana has been actively involved in diverse Real Estate and related transactions.

She also advised and was involved in drafting of agreements of sale, agreement to lease, lease deed, power of attorney, leave and license agreements, wills, and other related documentation for various multinational and domestic clients.

She is currently engaged in advising several transactions involving leasing and licensing of built-to-suit warehouses, office spaces, spread across India.

EXPERIENCE

Some of the key assignments in these areas handled and being handled by Prerana amongst others, cover the following: –

Advised Standard Chartered Global Business Services Private Limited in relation to leasing of the property in accordance with required specifications within an information technology park being developed by DLF Info Park Developers (Chennai) Limited, in Chennai. This was Standard Chartered Global Business Services Private Limited’s largest leasing transaction in India.
Assisted Amazon Development Centre Private Limited, Amazon Transportation Services Private Limited, Amazon Seller Services India Private Limited, and its affiliates in taking on multiple lease spaces in information technology parks and special economic zones across India for setting up its offices and large warehousing facilities.
Advised and assisted developers like Bagmane Developers Private Limited in leasing commercial spaces in information technology parks developed by them.
Advised and assisted various multinational companies such as DXC Technology India Private Limited, VMWare Software Private Limited, in taking on lease spaces in information technology parks and special economic zones across India for setting up its offices.

She has been practicing law since the past two years.
