Prerana’s practice focuses on venture capital and early-stage enterprise investments, private equity investments, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, restructuring as well as formulation of exit strategies, commercial contracts and general corporate law.
Her clients include venture capital funds, start-ups and early stage emerging companies, multinational corporations as well as private equity firms.
