Pratik Joshi

Pratik is a dispute resolution professional who specialises in commercial and civil disputes including dispute avoidance strategies, risk analysis, alternative dispute resolution advisory, litigations and arbitrations.

He mainly practices and regularly appears before the High Court of Karnataka, City Civil Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal Bengaluru, the Debt Recovery Tribunal Bengaluru and the Magistrate Courts. He has represented and advised clients in handling complex recovery proceedings, contract breaches, tenancy disputes, property litigations and consumer litigations and has closely worked with eminent Senior Counsels of the Karnataka bar on a wide range of disputes.

He also advises clients on insolvency proceedings and criminal matters with a strong focus on white collar crimes.  Pratik also handles institutional and ad-hoc arbitrations at venues across India.

Pratik has been practicing law since 2019. Before joining JSA, he was working Pragati Law Chambers at Bengaluru.
