Pranav Tanwar

Pranav’s key focus area is commercial litigation. He advises and represents clients before various forums, including the Supreme Court, High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and District Courts.

Pranav as a disputes lawyer has experience in commercial litigation, arbitrations, matters pertaining to land acquisition, insolvency and in general disputes. He has represented key clients before various fora across the country.

He has been practicing law since 2020. Before joining JSA, he was a judicial clerk at the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.

  • Represented and advised various individuals and corporate entities in matters pertaining to commercial and contractual disputes before various High Courts.
  • Represented and advised creditors and statutory authorities in matters pertaining to insolvency before various benches of the National Company Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
