Paridhi Galundia is a part of the finance practice at JSA. She has graduated from Institute of Law, Nirma University in 2022.
Paridhi’s area of interest includes financial transactions related to banks, non-banking financial companies, funds and financial institutions. She routinely assists the team with assignments on banking and finance related transactions such as corporate loans (secured, limited recourse and syndicated), acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance, general banking products, security creation and debt instruments.
