Nishitaa’s key focus areas are General Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Private Equity and Venture Capital. She has represented multi-national companies in cross-border transactions, advising on foreign direct investments, outbound investments, business transfers, technology transfers, and commercial contracts.
Nishitaa is a part of JSA’s technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) practice. She has advised clients in their domestic launches of product initiatives, and advised on regulatory aspects including outsourcing of data, payment system regulations, import and export of technology services, and gaming laws.
