• Advised a Belgian multinational in an ICC Arbitration seated in London arising out of a shareholders’ agreement and in a subsequent challenge against the arbitral award before the English High Court.
• Advised, acted and secured interim relief on behalf of one of the country’s largest publicly listed chemical manufacturing companies in an arbitration arising out of a technology development services agreement.
• Represented various HNIs in proceedings before the Bombay High Court, in relation to family assets that are subject matter of a testamentary proceeding under a contested Will.
• Represented a leading marine engineering and geotechnical services provider in arbitration proceedings arising out of a port construction contract.
• Advised an Indian multinational engaged in metal forging in relation to the exercise and implementation of exit options available under a private equity investment.
• Advised and acted on behalf of a leading Mumbai-based real estate developer in relation to insolvency proceedings initiated by a financial creditor, real estate regulatory authority proceedings, and winding up proceedings.
• Carried out GDPR compliance for a private company engaged in imparting digital solutions for sports-oriented businesses.
• Assisted in cross-appeals filed before the Delhi High Court by leading Indian and international agricultural biotechnology companies in a dispute pertaining to the patentability of seeds.
