Neeral is a member of the corporate practice group of JSA and specializes in Contract Drafting, General Corporate Advisory, Corporate Commercial Laws, Domestic and Cross–Border Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Business Transfers, and Corporate Restructuring.
He has rich experience in advising several multi-national and domestic companies on their investments in India across sectors of technology, manufacturing and industrials, real estate, healthcare and life sciences, retail and e-commerce sectors, amongst others. His role includes drafting commercial contracts, providing corporate advisory services, carrying out legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, and closing of transactions.
Neeral also advises clients on their day-to-day legal issues relating to compliances under the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Contract Law, SEBI Regulations and other commercial laws. He is also proficient in drafting and advising on other commercial and operational contracts.
