Megha is a Partner in the Finance practice of the firm. Her practice focuses on all types of debt transactions, including cross border finance, acquisition finance, structured finance, real estate finance, listed and unlisted corporate bond issuances and debt restructuring. She also advises on security enforcement and foreign investment laws of India.
She advises various Indian and international banks, NBFCs, private credit funds, foreign portfolio investors and Indian borrowers.
She holds an LL.M. degree in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center and has interned at the Washington DC headquarters of the Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency (World Bank Group) during her LL.M. studies.
She is admitted to practice in India and New York (USA).
