• Advised a leading alcoholic beverages company in the sale of its three brewery assets to another alcoholic beverages company.
• Advised and assisted an alcoholic beverages company in entering into a bottling arrangement with a licensed bottler for the purposes of bottling beer at a bottling unit located in West Bengal.
• Advising multiple alcoholic beverages company in relation to genuine brand extensions and advertising laws.
• Advised an alcoholic beverages company in relation to compliances required to be undertaken under the state excise laws for the purposes of manufacturing, bottling, labelling, storing and distributing Indian Made Foreign Liquor in various states including Rajasthan, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh.
• Advised and assisting a leading alcoholic beverages company in its day to day operational matters.
