Kamaljeet Singh

Kamaljeet is a partner in our disputes practice, has vast and extensive experience in commercial litigation, arbitrations pertaining contractual disputes (both domestic and international commercial arbitration), matters pertaining to white collar crimes and merger and acquisitions. He has represented key clients before various foras across the country.

Kamaljeet has 13 years of experience in matters related to contractual /commercial disputes and matters pertaining to Mergers & Acquisitions. He has represented various key clients before various National Company Law Tribunals and earlier before various High Courts in matters related to restructuring schemes involving both mergers and demergers.

In addition to the above, Kamaljeet also represents clients before various High Courts and other forums in matters related to civil/commercial disputes, land acquisition and white-collar crimes.
