Kaishori practices in diverse areas of Corporate Commercial laws, domestic and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, Business Transfers, Corporate Restructuring and General Corporate Advisory.
She has advised several multi-national and domestic companies on their investments in India across sectors of technology, manufacturing and industrials, real estate, healthcare and life sciences, retail and e-commerce sectors, urban infrastructure amongst others. Her role includes carrying out legal due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, and closing of transactions.
Kaishori also advises clients on their day-to-day legal issues on Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Regulations, Contract Law, SEBI Regulations and other commercial laws. She is also proficient in drafting and advising on other commercial and operational contracts.
She has been practicing law since 2017. Before joining JSA, she was with HSA Advocates, New Delhi.
