Bhargavi is part of JSA’s corporate commercial and technology, media, and telecommunication (TMT) practice. Bhargavi’s focus areas are Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Private Equity (PE) & Venture Capital and General Corporate Commercial.
Bhargavi has advised domestic and international clients on structuring transactions, entry and exit strategies, foreign direct investments and exchange control laws. She has also advised both investors and target companies across different growth cycles (from seed funding stage to strategic acquisitions). She has extensively advised clients on commercial contracts and has provided corporate and regulatory advisory services to clients.
Bhargavi has been practicing law since May 2019. Before joining JSA, she worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Trilegal.
