Ayan is a member of the Corporate Commercial practice. He has experience in advising on Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy project development. In addition, he also advises on other infrastructure projects in the Roads, Healthcare and Ports sector and has also advised clients on issues pertaining to public procurement.
Ayan has been previously involved in advising both private and public sector clients in respect of various infrastructure projects including roadways, ports, healthcare and agriculture logistics. In respect of Renewable Energy projects, Ayan has been involved in advising clients on establishment of multiple wind power, and solar projects in India and this included advising clients on EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Commissioning) contracts and O&M (Operations & Maintenance) contracts in relation to diverse projects.
Ayan has been practicing law for four years and has prior experience with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Ernst & Young in New Delhi.
