Avinash’s practice involves dispute resolution, arbitrations as well as court related. He has experience in handling court-related arbitration matters such as applications for setting aside arbitral awards, before Commercial Courts (High Court as well as commercial court at the District Court level).
He also has experience in dealing with commercial litigation concerning specific performance of contracts among others before the High Courts as well as various other fora.
