Arrchana assists corporates in their statutory and regulatory compliances, general corporate governance, corporate law and employment law issues and CSR activities and compliances.
Arrchana advises angel and HNI investments in start-ups and also advises start-ups in their fund-raising activities.
She regularly advises clients on exchange control regulations, inbound and outbound investments.
She has been advising potential investors in relation to acquisition of companies under the corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
Arrchana has advised banks and financial institutions in acquisition of portfolios from other banks and banks and financial institutions.
She assists foreign companies on entry routes in India and incorporation/registration of legal entities in India.
She advises funds and investment managers with registration and regulatory compliances.
Prior to joining JSA, Arrchana was practising corporate law with DSK Legal, Mumbai, Desai & Diwanji, Mumbai and MDP Partners, Mumbai.
