Anmol Narang

Anmol is part of the banking & finance practice of the firm. She has experience in general banking & finance related transactions including security creation and debt instruments.

Anmol has advised on matters pertaining to bond issuances and factoring transactions. Anmol advises on financing transactions as counsel to lenders, arrangers, security agents and trustees and financial advisors. She also advises clients on regulatory issues, including foreign exchange laws.

Anmol has been practicing law since 2022. She graduated from Symbiosis School of Liberal Arts, Pune in 2019 following which she obtained her law degree from Kishinchand Chellaram Law College, Mumbai.

Co-authored an article titled “The new Indian insolvency regime: Effective, or is the jury still out?” published in Financial Regulation International.
