Anant’s practice covers diverse areas which involves advising on and structuring of investments, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, general corporate, commercial and exchange control laws.
Anant has been representing multinational listed and unlisted companies and global funds in various cross-border transactions, advising on inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, commercial contract issues, compliance audits, sector specific laws, participating in negotiations, and all ancillary aspects including corporate structuring, employment contracts, IP and litigation.
He has advised on regulations governing multiple sectors including healthcare, pharma & life sciences, debt/ financial products service providers, crypto/ NFT exchanges & platforms, e-commerce, automobile and manufacturing sectors.
Anant has a practice of more than 13 years. Prior to working with JSA, Anant was working with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
