Akshath is experienced in corporate advisory, due diligence, and transaction support for both strategic private equity investments and financial investments by foreign investors in Indian entities. The sectors of focus have primarily been food-delivery, fintech, insurance web-aggregators, and online grocery retail.
He has also advised on matters relating to digital payments, e-commerce, and gambling laws in India.
He has been practicing law since 2019. Before joining JSA, he was an associate with the Corporate team with Trilegal, Mumbai for a year.
