Akshat specializes in mergers and acquisitions, employment laws and general corporate advisory. He has extensive experience in advising clients in structuring transactions and investments, corporate/regulatory compliances and legal issues pertaining to foreign exchange laws, employment and real estate laws. He has also been involved in conducting due-diligences and providing solutions from the standpoint of corporate, foreign exchange and employment laws.
Akshat’s experience also includes advising clients on documentation relating to various commercial arrangements including contract manufacturing agreements, supply contracts, confidentiality agreements, service agreements, employment contracts and lease deeds. He has advised clients on the end-to-end process of sanctioning of schemes of amalgamation by National Company Law Tribunal. He has also advised several multinational organizations in relation to setting up of their presence in India and corresponding compliance requirements and procedures under foreign exchange laws along with the requisite registration and compliance requirements under employment laws.
Before joining JSA, Akshat was associated with Link Legal, New Delhi with the General Corporate and M&A team.
