Ahsan specialises in disputes in the corporate sector with an emphasis on penal laws and general corporate commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in Disputes relating to dishonour of cheques/promissory notes. Ahsan also has experience in corporate litigation, testamentary matter and company law matters.
His disputes practice extends to appearing in High Court, National Company Law Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Civil Court, Charity Commissioner and some of the Magistrate and Sessions Court in Mumbai.
Ahsan has further handled diverse criminal matters and represented clients in criminal revisions/quashing applications in relation to offences under various statutes and other criminal statutes.
He also advises various corporations on queries raised from time to time on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code queries and other regulatory issues.
Ahsan had joined JSA in January 2018 as a paralegal and has been with the firm ever since.
