Aditya primarily focuses on Regulatory, Policy advisory and Dispute Resolution in Electricity, Renewable Energy and PPP Projects. He also has extensive experience in handling matters under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
In addition, he has extensive experience in handling various Commercial Disputes across industry sectors and has been extensively involved in handling matters relating to Company Law(s), Arbitration Law(s) and Contract Law(s).
He has been practicing law since 2015. Before joining JSA, he was working with the Chambers of Mr. Krishnendu Datta Advocate, for over two and a half years and specialized in handling contractual and commercial disputes with practice focus before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court and the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
