Abhimanyu specializes in the Energy Sector with focus on regulatory disputes.   • Finalization of transfer price taking into consideration the capital cost, to approve the competitive bid rate for extraction cost of lignite for multiple financial years.
  • Dispute regarding computation of Late Payment Surcharge.
  • Incorrect availability certification by Regional Power Committee, not considering force majeure conditions / unauthorized construction by parties leading to forced outage.
  • Recovery of fixed charges for a period under a Section 11 direction under the Electricity Act, 2003.
  • Right Of Way litigations.
  • Assisted in drafting and finalizing a Petition under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
