Looking for a candidate having experience of 3 to 5 years in Administration and office management.
Should have exposure to:
- Oversee the daily administrative operations of the law firm. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and external vendors regarding administrative matters.
- Manage billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Oversee petty cash and expense reimbursements.
- Implement and maintain an efficient filing, document management system, and ensure compliance with legal and confidentiality requirements for document handling.
- HR Onboarding employees, Exit management and manage office celebrations and events.
- Should be strong on oral and written communication and can collaborate and work across teams.
