Description: The role offers an opportunity to work with the Banking & Finance team on a range of matters including structured finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, debt capital instruments, securitization, factoring, and general banking products. We would be keen to consider freshers who have completed relevant internships with Tier 1 law firms, as well as candidates with prior Banking & Finance experience at Tier 1 firms.
