Position: Senior Associate/Principal Associate
Description: We are looking to hire experienced attorneys to join our Corporate Team, with a specific focus on the Energy and Infrastructure sector. This role offers an opportunity to work on complex and high-value transactions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and execute M&A transactions, including end-to-end deal support.
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence exercises and provide actionable insights.
- Advise clients on regulatory and legal frameworks governing Energy and Infrastructure projects.
- Support transaction structuring, documentation, and negotiations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong experience in handling M&A transactions and due diligence processes.
- In-depth domain knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks in the Energy and Infrastructure sector.
- PQE: 6+ years, preferably with leading law firms or as in-house counsel in the Energy and Infrastructure space.
- Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
