Probir Roy Chowdhury joins Sidharrth Shankar as Co-Chair of JSA’s corporate practice, as Vikram Raghani is elected to JSA’s ExComm
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Probir Roy Chowdhury as the new Co-Chair for its Corporate Practice Area. Probir joins Sidharrth Shankar, the current Co-Chair, and steps in for Vikram Raghani, who has been elected by the JSA Partnership to serve on the JSA Executive Committee (ExComm).
Commenting on Probir taking over as Corporate PA Co-Chair, Amar Gupta and Vivek K. Chandy, Joint Managing Partners at JSA Advocates and Solicitors, said, “We wish Probir all the best. Probir is based out of the Bengaluru office of JSA and has been associated with the firm for over two decades. He focuses extensively on Technology and allied sectors and is recognised for his expertise and work in Fintech/Data Protection and Private Equity/M&A in the IT space.
