Tushar’s practice covers diverse aspects of Regulatory and Civil Litigation

He has handled varied matters in courts & tribunals relating to Commercial & General Civil Litigation; involving statutory, tortuous and contractual aspects of civil laws. Tushar specializes in handling regulatory and commercial matters relating to the Energy sector.

He has been involved in advising & representing various corporate entities involved in Generation, Trading and Transmission of Electricity before various State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India.

Before joining JSA, Tushar was working with Praxis Counsel, Advocates & Solicitors, a law firm based in Delhi, as an Associate.
