Sushma Sosha Philip, Associate, JSA

Sushma is a member of the Corporate Commercial practice. She specializes in the Electricity, Renewable Energy and Project Development sectors. In addition, she also advises on general corporate transactions and infrastructure projects such as roadways, railways, airports and ports and corporate commercial transactions.

Her work involves research, due-diligence, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various contractual arrangements, including O&M agreements, tender documents, EPC arrangements, supply and service agreements for setting up of renewable energy power plants, advisory on structuring and setting up renewable energy power plants and bid-advisory services.
