Shivesh specializes in general corporate, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring and cross-border ventures.
He has experience in advising clients with respect to their investments and structuring, including those operating in the hospitality, real estate, infrastructure, manufacturing and insurance sectors. He has also been actively involved in conducting due diligences and providing solutions from various standpoints including corporate, foreign exchange, employment, financing and real estate.
Apart from standard transactional documents, he has advised clients on other commercial arrangements including facility sharing agreements, non-disclosure arrangements, supply agreements, memorandums of understanding, service agreements and trust deeds.
He also has experience in advising companies in relation to their proposed business models in India. This included advising on several regulatory aspects such as foreign and overseas direct investment, trusts, gaming, data privacy, mergers and consumer laws. He has also advised multiple non-profit organizations in relation to issues regarding setting up of their presence in India and receiving foreign contribution.
Before joining JSA, Shivesh was associated with L&L Partners, Delhi (earlier known as Luthra & Luthra Law Offices) with the Corporate Structuring and M&A team.
