Shabareesh advises clients across diverse sectors including information technology, manufacturing, e-commerce, real estate, retail, hospitality, healthcare insurance, education on acquisitions, investment and commercial arrangements. He has executed various large and complex mergers and acquisitions including private equity, venture capital investments, joint venture collaboration and outsourcing requirements. He has also executed multiple loan and project related documentation for large financial institutions in India.

Shabareesh supports clients across various sectors with their contracting requirements by handling the entire documentation process, including commercial arrangements. He works with the business team of clients closely to ideate and evolve legal documentation, policies and best practices based on commercial requirements of clients.

He has graduated from University Law College, Bangalore in the year 2013 and has worked with leading law firms in India, such as Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners, prior to joining the firm.
